There's a book out - "Beauty from Afar" by Jeff Schult. About the most info you'll find in one place about American going abroad for health care- well, the most info in a book anyway which makes it easier to carry around than the internet. Anazon.com has it and it's been spotted at Barnes and Nobles and Borders here and there.
